Summary of Diagnostics for the LOT3 Territories

As part of the project, an energy-climate diagnostic is being launched across all the engaged territories. The goal is to establish an initial overview of the energy system, to fully understand the context (political, economic, social, demographic) of each territory, and to initiate the narrative of the energy transition.

This knowledge of the territory feeds into the entire project and can be used by everyone! The diagnostic thus serves as the “identity sheet” of the territory and its local context, shared with all stakeholders involved in the process.

This diagnostic is based on interviews, data compilation from documents such as the PCAET (Territorial Climate Air Energy Plan), energy data provided by program partners and the regional observatory, as well as a citizen survey.
