Come together with fellow citizens to discuss renewable energy and energy efficiency on one of the six territories listed below. Take part in workshops supporting the development of citizen-led energy transition projects, whether focused on renewable energy production or reducing energy consumption. Collaborate with residents to create projects for renewable energy, awareness-building, object sharing, carpooling, local food, and many other initiatives that you may want to champion!

“Together, let’s embrace the transition!
Part of the European project LIFE_LETsGO4Climate, this citizen appropriation initiative dedicated to energy transition will unfold through four workshops. The goal? Empower every citizen with the opportunity and means to take action on the scale of their territory.
The workshop program:
- Workshop 1 “Our Territory”: Present the objectives and challenges of the initiative.
- Workshop 2 “From Observation to Action”: Share the territory’s diagnosis and define actions they want to collectively undertake.
- Workshop 3 “Transition in Practice”: Visit a local renewable energy production site and engage in discussions with a collective already involved in the transition.
- Workshop 4 “Our Transition”: Begin envisioning a collective project and define the initial actions.
Becoming a part of the citizens’ panel for your territory : how, why, where to start?
Being a member of the citizens’ panel in your area means participating in four workshops held in the evening, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM, within a group of people residing in your territory.
This provides access to reliable information about energy, energy transition, and what exists in my territory. It also offers the opportunity to meet other residents who are eager to get involved locally and to collaborate in working groups on topics of particular interest: changing our consumption patterns, reducing our impact, producing local renewable energy, and more.
At the end of these four workshops, each involved member will belong to a regional community bringing together individuals already engaged in collective territory projects, similar or comparable. This will allow them to share their experiences, learn collectively, and promote the transition across the entire Center-Val de Loire Region.
Each participant will be supported in developing their project, gaining access to online training, webinars, tutorials, and useful documentation.
Thus, the six territories, the Region, ADEME, Énergie Partagée, GRDF, and ENEDIS are also committed to supporting the collectives formed after the workshops and providing the best possible assistance in their initiatives. Join a unique experiment in Europe, a pioneer in citizen energy transition!

As a reminder, co-funded by the European Union, this project has a dual objective: reduce collective and individual energy consumption through awareness and promotion of energy sobriety and increase renewable energy production in the experimentation territories.”
