DATA USE

The gathered informations will be processed by the Centre-Val de Loire Regional Council, responsible for the processing, intended to ensure an adresses book (contacts of the participants, expenses justification to the European Commission).

The legal basis for this processing is your own consent. The following will receive the data: the Energy Transition Departmlet and the Europe and International department of the Centre-Val de Loire Regional Council, the consultancy firm provider services to the Centre-Val de Loire Regional Council to ensure the control of the project expenses, the European Commission, the NEEMO EEIG Agency and CINEA (European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency)

The collected informations will be kept by the Regional Council Centre-Val de Loire for 5 years from the end of the european project LIFE_LETsGO4Climate (estimated in September 2025), then they will be cancelled.

In accordance with the amended law “Data Protection” of the 6th January 1978 and with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit the processing of data concerning you and the right of portability, which you may exercise by writing to the Data Protection Officer: contact.rgpd@centrevaldeloire.fr or 9 rue Saint-Pierre Lentin CS 94117, 45041 Orléans Cedex 1.
