Summaries of Territory Diagnoses
As part of the project, an energy-climate diagnosis is initiated across all participating territories. The objective is to have an initial overview of the energy system, to understand the context (political, economic, social, demographic) of each territory, and to initiate the narrative of the energy transition.
This knowledge of the territory fuels the entire project and can be used by everyone! The diagnosis serves as the “identity card” of the territory and its local context, shared with all stakeholders in the initiative.

This diagnosis is based on interviews, data compilation from documents such as PCAET (Territorial Climate-Air-Energy Plan), energy data provided by program partners and the regional observatory, as well as a citizen survey.
